Overview

We are looking for a capable AE to a join our team, build out their pipeline, and own direct enterprise sales end-to-end. This position will work directly with our CEO to build the repeatable motion and set the standard for future additions to the sales team.

This position is expected to:

  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales from first touch to signed contract, $75K–$250K ACV

  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and network development

  • Partner with our CEO to refine positioning, pricing, and deal structure based on what is learned in the field

  • Develop repeatable sales collateral and demo flows that become the team's foundation

  • Provide direct product feedback from prospects

  • Hit quota while helping us figure out how to set quota

  • Work 3+ days a week in office in San Francisco

An ideal skill set includes:

  • 3+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals in the $75K–$300K ACV range

  • Experience selling into contact centers, CX teams, sales organizations, or conversational AI buyers

  • Comfort with ambiguity — experience selling for an early-stage company or past positions where the process needed to be built

  • Enough technical knowledge to demo an API product and hold your own with technical buyers

  • Genuinely curious about AI, voice technology, and how emotion shapes human interaction

  • Bias toward action
